Thank you for visiting my website. I welcome the opportunity to provide needed evaluation, psychotherapy and general guidance to address life challenges and goals. My mission is to provide a safe and respectful environment where clients can view themselves without judgment and embark on a process of healing and change. Through a collaborative relationship with each client, I offer education, hope, a belief in the ability to change, and specific tools to address concerns. I utilize a variety of therapeutic models and the therapeutic relationship itself to accomplish this.

My areas of interest and expertise include addiction and chemical health issues, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, trauma-related issues, depression and anxiety, and family dynamics. My therapeutic approach is to help clients identify unhealthy patterns, develop greater clarity about how those patterns may interfere with personal values and goals, and commit to needed behavior change with a renewed sense of empowerment and self-understanding.

In more than seven years of experience at Hazelden's Center for Youth and Families, I worked with adolescents and adults struggling with the gamut of chemical health issues. I value the opportunity to continue to provide hope, tools and resources to support a healthy recovery lifestyle for all in need.
